Information regarding Luke's Force powers, Permissions, etc...
Alright, so...here's the skinny for those unfamiliar with Star Wars beyond the movie. Luke Skywalker, from the canon point that I draw him, has essentially become the last of the old Jedi, and the first of the new. He is the founder of the New Jedi Order, and the current Grandmaster. That said, he has mastered an ENORMOUS variety of Force Powers, enough to easily fill several books. Here are the big ones:
1) The Jedi Mind Trick: Does not work unless you SPECIFICALLY allow it. I will *ALWAYS* ask if you think your character might be susceptible to Luke's psychic influence. He isn't the type to abuse it, but its worth noting.
2) Force Telekinesis/Push/Pull: Does not work on objects with a mystical connection to the owner. In no canon can a Jedi steal a lightsaber from someone during a duel. If you attack Luke with a blaster...well...I'd consider that fair game though. I will, of course, ask permission. Luke is also skilled at using the power for defense, creating telekinetic barriers against energy attacks, so if you attack him with that, expect your magic to at best be absorbed, and at worst flying back at you..
3) Force Telepathy: Luke is quite adept at a benign form of telepathy/psychoempathy known by Light Side Jedi. This works similarly to a "call" as even in canon it is described as requiring permission to "accept." However, it has no deep mind-reading benefits, and offers Luke zero control over you. In more advanced forms it can also be described as "Battle Meditation" in the sense that it can link Luke to whomever, allowing them to fight in tandem better, amplifying morale and demoralizing enemies. It does also give him the ability to sense surface thoughts and emotions. He can't force his way any deeper, he's not that powerful, but he's very, very good at sensing emotions. Psychoempathy is a sense that he can't turn off without effort and so he passively reads emotion, but if your character has some reason to wall his/her mind up against it, let me know!
4) Force Senses: Luke's senses are much sharper than most, making attempts at sneaking up on him, lying to his face, aggression, fear, and other strong emotions difficult to mask. Moreover, he has a distinctive ability to feel Evil, as well as arcane power. Unless you specifically try to hide it, I will probably assume he can pick up on certain things, but again I will ask. Over journals, in writing, and that sort of thing this wouldn't apply, merely in-person interaction. For all you villains, Luke isn't an "attack on sight" type of guy though, as he does embrace the Unifying Force. If you cause...say.. "A Great Disturbance in the Force...on the other hand..." you may find him to be a bit more aggressive.

I as a player, and Luke as a person, have no problem with just about any interactions that are not hostile. Luke's a nice guy, he likes hugs, he's friendly. If you want to spar/fight/kill Luke, you really will need to talk to me first. Luke is basically a one-man army in many respects, and any plots that involve him in battle I would prefer discussed in advance.
As far as 4th Walling goes, if you want to, sure. I don't think Luke would mind a few fanboys. However, if you want to 4th Wall, please don't bring up the whole Twincest thing. I hate that. Also, don't spoil stuff for Luke's future. If you must, pretend the last EU book written in your canon was Dark Empire. Prequel knowledge is fine, though realize that the Emperor did wipe out most records, so he may not know his own history.
If there are any concerns about the Force, please post them here. If you would like to give Luke permissions to do things please let me know here as well. I promise, Luke plays nice.

For Rydia, I don't think it would work often if ever. She is very strong-willed. For

I don't see why not. If there's something I want them to keep for whatever reason, I'll mention it.

Yes and yes, though give some warning first if at all possible. I'm sure either of my girls would freak out a bit at a sudden voice in their head.

Feel free to pick up on emotions. For Rydia, a lot of that is on the surface, anyway. Luke could pick up arcane power in both Rydia and Terra; both have significant amounts of it.

Yes, and not specifically, but Rin will react very poorly if his sword is messed with (as would Melaka, if the Slayer scythe was). But I doubt this'll be a thing.

Rin is the son of Satan and inherited his power. Generally good-aligned, but that power is (probably) inherently evil if not arcane. Melaka also has arcane Slayer-inherited power. Go for it with emotion sensing too. I'll prompt you where it comes up.

Spartans have very acute senses and are quite smart in canon - they were even augmented to have their brain cells transmit information a lot faster. I'm afraid it may not quite work on her.

No magical objects that I can think of, but as for normal objects, Luke may as well be able to pull them from her should the need arise.

Daisy would like to know of the ability first, but she would. She would be willing to accept Battle Meditation as well -- Spartans also have a form of teamwork that some people consider "damn near telepathic", so she will be very compatible with this ability.
4) Force Senses. Can Luke pick up anything from you that is overt? Does he sense Evil, Good, Arcane Power? Do you mind him picking up on emotions?
Generally, Luke will be able to read her in spite of her -somewhat- contained bursts of emotion. Spending time in Luceti has made her very open. While she may read as a normal human, he may also notice she's been medically augmented in body and mind.
He will sense good, altruism, and compassion in her, as well as lawfulness he will be quite familiar with by now. He will sense her emotions, and that she literally thinks faster than normal humans.
However, he will also sense that Daisy actually enjoys battle. And while she's good and she's improved a lot in this matter (especially with having a lot of non-human friends), she is also somewhat xenophobic: A human-looking nonhuman won't bother her the least, beings like the ninja turtles will make her a little uncomfortable, and seeing any being of the Covenant will drive her into a "KILL IT!" mode.

Alia Shepard (risingshepard/exaltedshepard): A one woman army that resisted the influence of a sentient ship with a similar ability? I'd say that it'd be incredibly difficult to use the mind trick on her.
Souji Seta (the_tv_is_a_lie): This bowlcut, on the other hand, doesn't have as much experience dealing with mental influence. Be warned, though; if he's put his mind to something and/or he has a particularly dangerous persona active, he can be as hard to dissuade as Shep.
2) Force Push/Pull/Telekinesis. Can Luke take stuff from you? Do you have a magical object he can't even touch?
Shepard: Nothing notable here. Feel free to snatch a gun off her if the situation demands it; you can just toss it back later. :3
Seta Souji: No magical qualities in his belongings here, either. Just a really sharp sword.

Yes, on both counts, provided he explains to them first. I'm particularly interested in seeing how well Shepard does when he's calling the shots, seeing that throughout ME, she's only ever seen in a commanding role.
4) Force Senses. Can Luke pick up anything from you that is overt? Does he sense Evil, Good, Arcane Power? Do you mind him picking up on emotions?
Shepard: There's some really serious problems lingering in her mind, but it's not something she'd like to talk about unless she knows she can trust Luke to keep the details. As for intent, and such, he doesn't need to fear; Shepard's no renegade. :P She's more-or-less normal, barring the occasional spike in her biotics -- which only happens when she's using her Warp Ammo power. He's allowed to sense her emotional state, too; Luke will probably pick up on quite a bit of bitterness now and then when she talks about the worse parts of her home galaxy.
Seta Souji: There's very little issues running through this bowlcut's head, but if he's really distressed by a particular situation, Luke can pick up on that, too. Like Shepard, he doesn't have any malicious intents in mind when talking to others. He could probably get a good measure of his mental power, too, as he has a vast array of super-powered Personas at his disposal. Don't worry, though--even if he summons the devil himself, it's still a good power! >_>; As with Shepard, Luke's allowed to sense his emotional state too. Just expect less bitterness, and a more positive outlook. He did come from the lightest entry in a grim series. :P

I'm...torn on this one. Hermione is able to throw off the effects of the Imperius Curse, which is similar to the Jedi Mind Trick. I'm going to say "no" just to be safe, but I do think there would be a little struggle before she overcame it. It's not like she's immune - just practiced.

I think all of the above would work, but she wouldn't be happy if he took her wand (and she can perform wand-less magic in order to get it back).

Yes. :) Hermione is a fan of Luke and what he stands for. She won't be resistant to that especially if it can help one or both of them somehow.

I'd like to think he senses that she's good. But her emotions are almost always in turmoil. She misses her friends, her family and all of those who died in the war. Add on the complications of Luceti and yeah...
She's worried a lot.

Weissmann: No, and he'll likely be aware of the attempt. After all, he does the same thing to people!
Knives: Probably not. It'll depend on how distracted he is at the moment; if he's not paying attention to Luke and is focused on something else it'll probably be reasonably challenging but not impossible. He may or may not be aware it's going on.

Weissmann: Yes, and no. Weissmann has a magical object of considerable power, and Luke might have a difficult time keeping it from him as Weissmann can just summon it back, but in foreign hands it's just a pretty staff.
Knives: Yes and nope. No magical things!

Weissmann: Yes, but this is a really bad idea as telepathy is a two way conduit and you really don't want Weissmann in your head. .. I don't know what Battle Meditation is! ;o;
Knives: Yes. Try it on Knives and watch him jump out of his skin. Humans aren't supposed to be able to do that! ..Still don't know what Battle Meditation is.

Weissmann: Sure, why not! :D Weissmann's masks are only really physical things. He is evil. 100% unselfconscious unmitigated but well-directed and almost pleasant evil. And he has a whole lot of power he never shows off to go with it. Feel free to pick up on emotions! ... Oh my god he's a dark lord. He even has the eyes.
Knives: Uhm. I honestly am not sure what might be picked up on with Knives. He USED to have tremendous power but now he's kind of burnt himself out. There's a whole lot of darkness in there, but there's actually some goodness too. Emotions are a-ok! And are often not what he'll actively be displaying.
